Chilean Import
(Unknown x Unknown)
DOB:1-20-02

We are proud to introduce Chilean Highlander into our suri
llama breeding program. We personally selected him from a group of suri
llamas imported from Chile into the United States by Dave Sawyer in May
of 2003.
Chilean Highlander is unrelated to all bloodlines in North America making
him a total outcross suri male. His gorgeous red fleece boasts straight
locks to the skin. His fleece has a fine handle and is lustrous. And the
regrowth is phenomenal. He was strip-shorn when we purchased him and his
fleece grew over eight inches in a single year! He has good conformation
with straight legs, a level topline, a proper tail set, and nice neck
extension. Highlander is destined to be an important ingredient in our
suri breeding program.
He is currently settling females. His first offspring are due in the
spring of 2005. We are offering Chilean Highlander for outside stud service
for a limited number of breedings only. Ten breedings are being offered
on a first-come-first-served basis, so if you are interested, be sure
to contact us to reserve a breeding now!
